Answers to Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Below are answers to questions we hear often. If you do not see what you need, reach out and we will be glad to help.
Buying and ordering
How do I buy a firearm from Faith First Firearms?
You can order through our Shop or work with our team for guidance. Applicable firearms are completed through a licensed dealer transfer in accordance with law. See How Buying a Firearm Works for the full overview.
Do you have a walk-in storefront?
No. We are online-first and appointment-only. Local transfers and in-person services are handled by appointment.
Can you guarantee a firearm is right for me?
We provide educational guidance to help you compare factors, but we do not guarantee that a particular firearm is suitable, legal, or appropriate for every person or situation. A consultation can help you decide.
Shipping, FFL transfers, and pickup
Do firearms ship directly to my home?
No. Applicable firearms must ship to a receiving licensed dealer (FFL) and be transferred to you in accordance with federal, state, and local law. Non-firearm products may ship directly to eligible customers.
What about ammunition?
Ammunition may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain areas. Restrictions can change, and you remain responsible for verifying what applies to you.
Services and appointments
What services do you offer?
We offer FFL transfers, first-time buyer assistance, consultations, secure storage, consignment, light gunsmithing and partner gunsmith services, estate-planning firearm guidance, and community education and events.
How do I schedule something in person?
In-person services are appointment-only. Request a consultation or contact us and we will arrange a time.
Safety, storage, and training
How should I store my firearm?
Store firearms securely to prevent unauthorized access and keep them inaccessible to children and prohibited persons. See our Safety and Storage page for guidance and storage services.
Do you offer training?
Training is offered through our sister brand, First Shot Training. We can point you there for classes, range preparation, and Texas LTC education.
